This may be only one of several Gulf Storms this year. Ida looks to be further east than the epic LAURA, which brought Frigatebirds, Storm Petrels and terns inland.

This storm has stronger winds but is clearly not as productive of a course for us. Tennessee birders should be ready for another big dropout.

Not certain whether I will head in that direction.
