NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, by the Administrator as follows:
1. All Shannon County residents shall adhere to the “Stay Home Missouri” order issued by Governor Mike Parson on April 3, 2020, for the duration of the order.

2. All non-residents are prohibited from entering Shannon County except for Essential Activities, Essential Government Functions, or to operate Essential Businesses and Operations. All Businesses shall:
1. Adhere to the “Stay Home Missouri” order issued by Governor Mike Parson on April 3, 2020, for the duration of the order.
2. Provide for the implementation of appropriate personal protective and social distancing measures as defined by current guidance issued by the CDC for businesses and workplaces. (Such guidance can be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/…/commu…/guidance-business-response.html)
Violation of this order constitutes an imminent threat to public health and shall be in violation of RSMo. 192.300(4). Violations of or failure to comply with this Order is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail, up to a $1,000 fine, or both such jail time and fine. See RSMo. 192.320.
This order shall begin upon adoption and publication on Monday, April 6, 2020, and shall remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. April 24, 2020. Extension or rescission of this order shall be made in conference with the Shannon County Health Center Board of Trustees and the Shannon County Commission, as well as State and National Public Health Authorities.
