Working on sand prairie habitat this afternoon and accidentally caught eye of a henslow's sparrow. Got a glimpse of it with the naked eye and was able to put the binocs on it to clearly see the Olive green head and neck, white eye right, huge beak and white belly before it ran on the ground and hid under a clump of grass.
