I drove the gravel and paved roads and walked out to Confluence Point.  If you like Red-winged BBs, Robins and White-throated Sparrows it was  good place to be.  If you are hoping for shorebirds other than Killdeer it wasn’t a good place to be.  There wasn’t a single bird to be seen from the Confluence Point overlook.
