There were seven or eight Great-tailed Grackles at the cattle farm at Church and Dwyer.  Also present among a horde of Starlings, were at least two Rusty and two Brewer's Blackbirds and a Brown-headed Cowbird.  Oddly there were no Common Grackles, a species which appears to be missing from eastern St. Charles County this winter.
