Birded the wetland this morning. Don't think  I've ever seen so many sparrows. Big numbers of Swamp and Song, several White-throateds and smaller numbers of Fox, Savannah, Lincoln's and White-crowned. Bird of the day was a Le Conte's. Got really nice looks, including watching it do its insect trill. There was a male Belted Kingfisher who made repeated runs over the area. Also saw a really nice FOS male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. Beautiful morning for a bird walk.
