Another thought 

It might run in the face of much critical argument but it is a fact, nevertheless, that The Waste Land is as much concerned to recover lost grounds of faith as the Four Quartets.

One thing that is common, among others, between The Waste Land and the Four Quartets is that the Quartets are not without their fragments of images, following in quick succession, much after the fashion of The Waste Land. Not as disjointed, though.
