Took the day off from work and took a hike from 10:00 am to noon along Lost Valley Trail, looping along the trail that skirts the hillside to the west end of the beaver ponds. N. Parulas and Yellow-throated Warblers could be heard almost throughout the hike. Beautiful day!

E. Phoebe - 1

Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - a few

Wild Turkey - 1

Barred Owl - 1

Bald Eagle - 1 (adult - also on Saturday)

Wood Duck

Blue-winged Teal - about a dozen
