We had the Say’s Phoebe this morning around 10:00  at the previously mentioned area in Dade County.  We found it on Dade 61 in the open area across the road from the barn with the colorful quilt square on it.  It was feeding between the road and the lake shore.  Also of interest in the area was a large flock of horned larks, a loggerhead shrike, and two merlins.

Weather permitting, tomorrow we may go check out the location in Neosho where the caracara was seen.  Just for the heck of it.
