Areas: The Philological Association of the Carolinas invites paper proposals related to any aspect of literary, cultural, media, film and communication studies.
Presentations on pedagogy, semiotics, linguistics, and literary and cultural theory are also welcome.

Requirements: Paper proposals must include a 250-500 word abstract as well as the name, rank, and affiliation of the presenter. Panel proposals must include a 250-500 word letter of justification along with the session title; a 250-
500 word abstract in English for each proposed paper; and the names, email addresses, and institutional affiliation of all participants.
