Same in my yard. Also House Finch and Cardinals drink from it and I have even seen a Chickadee bath in it, despite the full size bird bath located 30 or so feet away.

I've always had Downy Woodpeckers visiting my hummer feeders, but this year, the American Goldfinches are there too! I figured out that they are picking out bugs from the little reservoir that keeps ants away from the nectar, not drinking the nectar itself.
