I was wondering how many Illinois records are there for a Long-tailed Jaeger? Has one been seen at Horseshoe Lake in the past? Or maybe at Carlyle?

 Chrissy McClarren just called:
Chrissy and Andy along with Dan Williams (N. IL birder) had the
Horseshoe Lake SP, Madison co, ILLINOIS
LONG-TAILED JAEGER at ~ 5:05 PM. It was flying around the lake, flew
over their heads
and came back to the NE end of the lake near to the OTHER causeway ( the
causeway before
entering into the picnic area/ multiple shelters area that leads to the
main boat ramp)
Directions in park:
At park entrance (off of Hwy 111) the park road splits, turn RIGHT and
go northward
to where the road makes a curve to the west. That is the other causeway.

Hope it sticks around for everyone to see.
