There was one lone bobolink in the grass on the levee between the restrooms and the observation tower this afternoon. Very cooperative and gave us ample opportunity for good viewing and some decent photos. Flew up into a big cottonwood once when a grackle for some reason decided to run it off but it came back down after a few minutes and landed in the grass again. It was near the observation tower end of the levee when we left.
