 Following message forwarded on behalf
of Sue Hagan and East Ozarks Audubon Society:

Title: Rail Field Trip May 2nd.

Birders may want to join East Ozarks Audubon on this upcoming field trip. On Saturday
May 2nd, Dr. Bill Eddleman will be leading participants on an
early morning field trip at Otter Slough with high hopes
for hearing and/or seeing rails. Bill, as probably everyone
reading this already knows, is an expert ornithologist and
Otter Slough is an amazing place for seeing shorebirds or
for taking a boardwalk through a wooded section to spot
migrating warblers, so even if we fail to hear or see any
rails this will be an excellent trip for the neophyte
 to  advanced birder.

This trip leaves Farmington from the Memorial United
Methodist Church 425 North Street, just off Karsch
Boulevard, west side parking lot, at 6:00 AM, or you can meet us at the
Otter Slough administrative office area at 8 am. If you
need directions or further information, call Sue Hagan at
 573/546-2864.
