At Long Branch SP today there was an adult LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL reported by Frankie earlier in February along with Herring and Ring-billed Gulls.
Eagle Bluffs had a very nice concentration of waterfowl (18 species). Some birds of note:
5 species of geese including >4,000 Snow Geese and about as many White-fronted Geese.
Lots of ducks with Mallards and Northern Pintails being most numerous. Also present:
American Black Duck - 2
Northern Shoveler - 11
American Wigeon - 1
Green-winged Teal - 3
Gadwall - 120
Ring-necked Duck  - 16
Lesser Scaup - 18
Canvasback - 6
Redhead - 7
Hooded Merganser - 7
Common Merganser - 2

Lapland Longspurs (~10) were still present at the beginning of the Star School Rd.
