Like others, I don't see a link on the web site to view the count circles. Anyway, I don't think that either of the solutions below (Google Earth or iphone app) would allow one to sign up for a particular count or to find out what the planned date is. Guess we just have to wait....

I don't know what troubles some may have, but I have not any problems, including the map with circles. Map circles are also available on Google Earth maps, and on an app called Count Circles, for iPhones.

The page says "early December of 2015"... hope that's a typo! :-)

Chris, the map just isn't up yet.  As of yesterday the Audubon site said that the map would be up in November -- they've updated it so now it says the map will be up in early December.  They're really late getting the CBC info out this year.

Greetings:

As Christmas Bird Count (CBC) quickly approaches, I was looking at my calendar and cross referencing CBC dates that I'm aware of. I have been asked if I will be taking part in CBCs in and around Central Mo.

I know and plan on taking part in River Bluffs CBC, Jan. 3rd.
I would like to take part in Columbia CBC, Dec. 20th.

I went to the Audubon website to look for a map of circles to potentially check for dates and meeting information, but it tells me to "Sign Up/Join In" to be able to view the map. However, there is no link to sign up/join in. Am I missing something blatant, or do they not have a hyperlink for this. Maybe the link isn't working for this specific computer.

Why can't we simply view a map without having to sign in?

I also checked on the ASM webiste and didn't find much information there either.

Is there a central website where this information is readily available?

Thank you!
