I was able to find that Roberts' notes 93-95 are to the Letters of TSE, Vol. 1, pp. 58, 611

Possibility of a dinner with Yeats at a Chinese restaurant in October 1914 (in a letter dated September 30).

A dinner with Yeats around December 1922 with time to talk with him alone. Hadn't met for 6 or 7 years.
