Today I observed peculiar behavior - two crested flycatchers landed on my deck and one perched while the other belly flopped, spread out tail and wings and wiggled its belly on the deck for a few seconds when they traded places. Within 30 sec they were gone! Were they scratching their bellies on the wood, or what?
