The Red-necked Phalarope I mean.
The Black-bellied Plover was in the small pool by the parking lot before the second two way loop around Pool 10. The Ring-necked Phalarope was a tough one to find but it is in the back of the pool half way between the two way loop and the eagle nest turn out. It is about the same size as the White-rumped and a little bigger than the semipalmated sandpipers that it was mixed in with. It has a very dark blackish cap and was feeding heavily and bathing some. It was about 150 yards away.
4 H Godwits in pool 10, haven't re-found bb plovers or phalaropes.
