The LTDU pair that inhabited Lions Lake in Washington since March 12 were not present yesterday or this morning.
However, recent rains have replenished the mudflats at the east and west ends of Voelkerding Slough. One lesser and two greater yellowlegs, 42 blue wing teal, winter wren , swamp sparrows, black and white warbler and 17 rusty blackbirds were highlights there.
