Couple of friendly reminders:

- The gravel parking lot (Maple Island parking lot) that is accessed 
from the MO side
is well within Illinois territory.

- My take on the ABA recording rules, Rule #1 applied to RMBS and 
assuming used
to enter data on eBird is that if one stands in MO and sees a bird in 
IL, it is counted for IL  ...........yes ?
