While conducting weekly waterfowl surveys on Eagle Bluffs myself and another biologist observed a juvenile golden eagle soaring over the south end of the area.  It was getting pushed around by the wind but it may be hanging out over the bluffs as another golden eagle was earlier this year.  There was also an osprey over the city wetland cells and several dark morph red-tailed hawks along Perche Creek.  The rest will be on CACHE whenever I get the chance…
