The Audubon Center at Riverlands posted to their Facebook page that RMBS is now open again during regularly scheduled hours.  They also noted that the designated trails are closed for the Waterfowl Refuge Season (10/15-4/15).

Thanks!

Subject: RMBS - gov't open (?)

Since the gov't shutdown is over I assume that Riverlands MBS
is back to it's usual hours. (Yay.......can get closer looks at the gull roost
instead of using Alton Barge Road. Last couple hours of the day are usually
the best birding)

Nothing on the Audubon Center Facebook page yet.

Also assume that the (some?) trails will still be closed since it is after Oct 15 for the
refuge closure period of Oct 15 - April 15 that's been mentioned before.

Good fall birding.......finally.
