No, not Wood Stork, but yesterday I found FOY Wood Ducks and Woodcock on the refuge, so both these have made it to North Mo.  Some of the other birds observed -

Trumpeter Swan- 59 - all adult and almost all in pairs
Snow Goose - 10,000+ with many more moving around all over the area
Ross's Goose - a few
Greater White-fronted Goose - 800
Common Merganser - 450
Ring-billed Gull - 200
White Pelican - 30
Great Blue Heron - 1
Killdeer - several

It will be interesting to see the impact of the coming Winter Storm on numbers and variety of birds in the next several days.
