I cruised the main road at Whetstone from sunrise this morning, and the northern shrike finally appeared about 9 am near the road just N of South Lake. Also saw Harris's, Am tree, song, white-throated, and white-crowned sparrows, northern harrier and sharp-shinned hawk.
