This morning there were 8 Black Vultures mixed in with about 30 Turkey Vultures at the rock mining operation on Bluff Rd. in Randolph Co. just south of the Monroe/Randolph Co. line. The birds were perched on the top of the tall abandoned building and on the nearby bluff ledges just to the north of the "truck crossing" sign.
