Kathleen Anderson and Sandy Elbert were at Whetstone Conservation Area, near Williamsburg, this morning. They located a Northern Shrike in the same area were one was seen in past years. Go west from the town of Williamsburg and follow the brown signs into the area. At the Y intersection take the left (west) fork and follow it a fair distance to the short road with a turn-around that is just south of the campground/picnic area. The Shrike was seen in the area of the turn-around.
