Chrissy and I didn't realize there were Hemlocks in Tower Grove Park 
until today.   She heard Red Crossbills flying over the tennis courts 
(located near the very center of the park) and then heard/saw 7 Red 
Crossbills fly into a Sweetgum tree for a split second then call/fly to 
another Sweetgum tree and then call and disappear in the direction of 
the Park Office/Piper Palm House/Directors Residence complex.  Walking 
over that way, Chrissy spied Hemlocks on the west side of the Director's 
Residence - right at the intersection of Tower Grove Avenue and 
Magnolia.  Sure enough, the 7 Red Crossbills were in one of the 
Hemlocks.  (4 males, 3 females) She a few photos them:
