It was still at the same place about 11:45 also, when Dianne and I drove down to 
see it. 


I very briefly stopped and checked the pines at the Opossum  Hollow area of Knob 
Noster SP for Crossbills. Didn't find any, but would not be surprised if there 
were some around.

An exciting bonus was watching an F-117 Stealth fighter cross the road in front 
of us as we were heading back up Hwy 23!

Still trying to catch up on everything after getting back from vacation last 
week to Lake Charles area of Louisiana, and other places. Best birding sight was 
a male Vermillion Flycatcher at Laccasine NWR.
