Creve Coeur Lake was pretty slow today, although the Bonapartes Gulls were active again there.  Great, upclose views were had on the west side inside a little cove.  A couple 1st winter birds were in the mix, too,  so new birds are apparently coming into Creve Coeur Lake at least.  Despite a light mist and heavy overcast, I felt the wing patterns stood out very well.(beautiful actually)
