Appositely, this just landed in my Inbox !
- note fine pic of the indominatable Paul Muldoon in full flow - he really is a remarkably eloquent man.

It never fails to be a spellbinding occasion, at a very inspirational location, amidst delightful people. (and such enthusiasm rarely emerges from me !)

The Eliot Society may put the text on their (most informative) website, too.
They seem a very pleasant bunch - we tend to mingle with them each summer,
at the annual Little Gidding Festival.

Hopefully, the lecture would be recorded for all to hear online subsequently.

An endless fare, David. So surely there will be many a time.
I did think of you, though, when I saw this.
We had intended to have a midweek break to Cambridge (about 500+ mile round trip) in order to take this in, but, very sadly, changed commitments mean that we cannot do so.
Such a shame, but, one hopes, there will be other times.
(Little Gidding isn't too far from Cambridge, by the way, so any UK literary pilgrims might usefully combine visits to both.)
