Keith McMUllen called:

He and Dan Kassebaum had an
Adult CALIFORNIA GULL, Carlyle Lake, Clinton co.
Parking lots in this area between the boat ramp and West Access Marina.
Not much bigger than the Ring-bills and NOT that obvious but the mantle is
darker than the RBGUs, eye color dark, bill spots, some neck streaking
but not
super heavy.
They first had it at 9 AM, has been flush multiple times, but this is a spot
for gulls to gather if the people/boat traffic is not heavy yet.
EARLY AM visits are more productive, bring bread to lure in gulls.

Charlene Malone
St. Louis co.
