This morning I visited Long Branch Lake (Macon Co.) and Thomas Hill Reservoir (Macon/Randolph Cos.) with hopes of a jaeger or Sabine's Gull. No luck with either of those.

Thomas Hill held hundreds of RING-BILLED GULLS, roughly 100 AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS, a few DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS, PIED-BILLED GREBES and AMERICAN COOTS.

Long Branch held ~75-100 RING-BILLED GULLS and a single FRANKLIN'S GULL with some CANADA GEESE and DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS.

An OSPREY was over the Macon City Lake just to the east of Long Branch.

Cheers,
Ryan
