From the recent Arkansas RBA:

Roseate Spoonbills are being seen at Bald Knob NWR in a rice field just north of the west shorebird pond.

Among the birds brought in by Hurricane Isaac, a juvenal Sabine's Gull was found at Millwood. Two immature Sabine's Gulls were also on Lake Dardanelle. An immature Laughing Gull was on Lake Dardanelle near the boat launch at Delaware Rec Area.

Cave Swallows were found at the junction of the main levee and the spur levee that runs out to Bunge in Desha County.
