Doug Willis found two NEOTROPIC CORMORANTS at the north end of Smithville Lake (Clinton Co.) this afternoon, Public Access 14. I relocated them around 6 p.m. They were very close to the access point (60-90 yards) but then flew north to join about 36 Double-crested Cormorants roosting in the snags further up the channel.
