Thanks David for the info on the project. Not sure if the post mentioned that the Complete Prose will be published online by Johns Hopkins U. Press (see below) and available on their Project Muse website. So, yes, thank goodness for libraries--if you can find a library that pays for the database. 

Ron Shuchard is co-editor of all the volumes.

Vol. 1 APPRENTICE YEARS, 1905-1918, contains student philosophical essays, Knowledge and Experience, and early reviews, ed. J S Booker.

Vol. 2 includes classic essays such as Hamlet and Tradition, edited by Anthony Cuda.

Vol. 3  (no title yet) 1927-29, ed. Jennifer Formichelli, Frances Dickey, Ron Schuchard
