We saw two Soras  in the marshy area of Little Creve Coeur Lake this noon.
Heard many more.  

The old levee road that goes in there has certainly been improved.  One
could drive a car through all the way now.

Just do not ask how we got in there after mark Paradisešs post.  One has to
wonder when the St.Louis County Parks dept is going to open the area to
public access.

Swamp Sparrows on the marshy flats
Red-tailed Hawk
Turkey Vultures
