I watched a Peregrine Falcon fly over the Wal-Mart store at the south edge of town this afternoon. It was headed due North. Flocks of  Snow Geese have been flying over town tonight.

Had a couple of Killdeer at the Thompson River Wetlands this morning and a single Green-winged Teal. Greater White-fronted Geese were going over. There were at least 4 Savannah Sparrows- but they have been there all Winter - a rarity here.Meadowlarks and Horned Larks have been singing more lately. Birds are on the move!
