My wife was surprised by an EASTERN PHOEBE at B. K. Leach as you drive
down B. K. Leach Road to the River Slough Tract on January 18 - this
past Wednesday. She saw this Phoebe on a low snag near water and a large
congregation of other birds - Tufted Titmice, Chickadees, Downy,
Cardinals, various sparrows, etc. Isn't this unusual?
