I have a friend (who is not a subscriber to mo-list) that will be spending the Christmas holiday up in St. Joseph, Mo and is interested in the Snowy Owl(s) around Smithville Lake. SNOW would be a Lifer for him.
Please post if there are continued sightings that I may pass along pertinent information and directions for these awesome raptors!
