This is a day late but I don't believe the timing will matter.

Yesterday I had a 2 hour wait at Jefferson City Correctional Center, while I waited I watched a pair of Scissor-tailed Flycatchers courting and building a nest inside the perimeter of the prison. Definitely a new "jail bird" for me.
