I agree with Marilyn. Great Meeting everyone...food, camaraderie, trip
leaders, fantastic speaker, location, birding...what more could a bunch of
birders ask for?! Thanks Elizabeth Stoakes and all who helped to make it
happen!

KUDO'S TO ALL! A WONDERFUL WEEKEND, REPRESENTING MUCH WORK AND GREAT
PLANNING AND ORGANIZING .
LIZ STOAKES, DID A TREMENDOUS JOB, AS DID THE FIELD TRIP LEADERS WHO
REALLY HAD SCOUTED BEFORE THE EVENT TO MAKE SURE OF THEIR ROUTES AND
BIRDS.
TO ME, THE HIGHLIGHT WAS NOT THE EURASIAN WIDGEON, BUT THE DECISION
ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BY EDGE AND TEN IMMEDIATE VOLUNTEERS TO FILL THE
CARS, TO TURN FROM ARCHIE , MISSOURI, TO GO TO SQUAW CREEK IN MOUND
CITY, MO....A MERE THREE HOURS AWAY, JUST TO GLIMPSE THE BIRD. YOU
HAD TO HAVE BEEN THERE TO APPRECIATE THE ARDOR!!!!
WE HAD A GREAT TIME!
THANKS TO ALL....
MARILYN KOSHLAND
