I believe you have a female BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD
in the company of Northern Cardindal and Red-winged
Blackbirds.

- We've not been able to find this bird in our guides. It
tends to eat seeds on the ground. I've seen it once on a tree
limb just sitting.
