There were at least 4 Snow Buntings flying around with a large flock of longspurs near the first sign for the Confluence SP.  Charlie Deutsch and his visitor found the Rough-legged Hawk, seen earlier in the morning by Mike Thelen, sitting in a tree near the parking lot north of the pipeline.   There was a Cooper's Hawk in a tree near the restrooms at the end of the confluence road.  In the bushes along the road, there were numerous White-crowned & American Tree Sparrows.  I couldn't find any of the unusual gulls that have been reported.
