I have three blue jays (two fledged here) in yard and they really keep the little birds alerted. I heard the blue jay, then saw the Cooper&#39;s hawk land on the patio, then went to the fence. All birds had scattered.  The blue jay is gorgeous, a little on the dominant side, but a very good watch bird.<br>
