Last week result - Aug 7th - Firma Rd Here is what I got: 
Least Sandpiper - many 
Pectoral Sandpiper - many 
Killdeer - many 
Greater Yellowlegs - 1 
Spotted Sandpiper - 1 
Buff-breasted Sandpiper - 2 
Semipalmated Sandpiper - found only one 
Semipalmated Plover - 2 
Stilt Sandpiper - 1 
plus many Great Egrets and Canada Geese 

Today - Aug 14th  three different spots along Firma Rd 
Semipalmated Sandpiper - saw more of them  - at least 15 
Least Sandpiper 
Pectoral Sandpiper - most numerous 
Lesser Yellowlegs - 2 
Killdeer - still plentiful 
Short-billed Dowitcher - 2 
Long-billed Dowitcher - 1 adult 
Spotted Sandpiper - 1 
Greater Yellowlegs - 1 
American Avocet - 6   from the corner of the curve, not far from the 
farmhouse 
2 probable Forster's Tern  - of course, they were terns but distance was too 
great to postively identify species. Also a lot of ducks, mostly Mallards but 
very difficult to identify with certainity due to great distance, even with 60x 
power len. 
Also one female Belted Kingfisher and four different species of swallows - Barn, 
Bank, Tree, and Northern Rough-winged.  

Also found one Western Kingbird on the wire along Rt B 

Mostly Great Egrets and Great Blue Herons at Hayford Rd and Hwy B. Did not 
find any shorebirds there.
