Had approximately 50 chimney swifts flying over my home in Saginaw, MO this morning. They gathered in my neighbors brilliant orange sugar maple, before catching a strong breeze and heading southeast in scattered groupings. Hope they were heading to somewhere warm, maybe Brazil.
