This morning I visited St. Stanislaus Conservation Area, northwest
St. Louis County, and found some great migrant activity in one
section of it. In about one hour I had

Flycatchers:

Least
Alder
Yellow-bellied
E. Wood-Pewee
E. Kingbird

Warblers (one to several of each):

Tennessee
Nashville
Blue-winged
Golden-winged
Chestnut-sided
Magnolia
Black-throated Green
Black and White
Prothonotary
Ovenbird
Canada
Common Yellowthroat
American Redstart

plus a couple dozen more warblers that flew in and out without
pausing to be identified, along with gnatcatchers, hummingbirds,
Yellow-billed Cuckoos, and other summer residents. A fine assortment.
