Have had a pair of PINE SISKINS (PISI) coming to the feeders for a while.
Then for a short time only seeing one at a time.
Last few days have had up to four birds.
Today two were feeding on the seed sock.
One bird (looked grown) was cheeping and doing a wing flutter while the 
other was feeding it.

Don't think these birds can be classified as migrating.
