Yes, that worked. Thanks.

But what I really wanted to know is why the main TSE web site page is no longer available, since no potential new member looking for an Eliot List on the web would know to send a 'SUBSCRIBE TSE' message to that email address. Have the list owners decided to close off new membership?

Tom,

I resumed membership in July 2007 by sending a command to
[log in to unmask]

To subscribe:
Send the one-line message
SUBSCRIBE TSE Yourfirstname Yourlastname
to the above address, leaving the subject line blank.

One may try this.

Regards,

I recommended the TSE web site to a friend and he said the home page link I gave him is no longer available. When I joined, I used this lnk (and it's the link to this list that Rick Parker gives on his TSE web site): http://www.missouri.edu/~tselist/tse.html I confirmed that this link is not available now. Question: Is the TSE list now "closed" to new members, or is there another home page to access it and join? If it's closed, why? -- Tom --
